15 Most Alkalizing Super-foods That Prevent Obesity, Cancer, and Heart Disease

By now you’ve likely heard how processed foods are known to alter the pH of the body and when the pH becomes too acidic, the immune system is affected and the risk of cancer, obesity, and heart disease is significantly higher.

The body is healthy when the pH is alkaline. So, in order to maintain its alkalinity and lower the chances of diseases, we need to consume the right alkaline foods.

Avocados

Avocados help the absorption of nutrients from vegetables and fruits, control the levels of cholesterol and make your heart stronger.

Spinach
