As a mother, I want the best for my children, and this is the reason why I cook their meals at home. I use quality ingredients and a variety of fresh produce to educate their palates. I want them to learn about nutrition and introduce them to as many flavors as possible so they can make good choices in the future.

If you have a picky eater, don’t worry, you can change that by cooking at home and serving the whole family the same food. There is no such as thing as “kid food”. Stay away from processed foods like chicken nuggets and pasta. They have no nutrition and will only make your kids crave junk food. Oh, and don’t forget to limit their sugar intake as well. I am going to share with you our favorite family meals. They are also really easy to make and are healthy and nutritious. Like I said before, I am just a mom who is concerned about health and cook simple meals made with fresh ingredients. I hope you enjoy my recipes as much as we do.

Easy to make recipe and a very nutritious dinner option. You can make it with ground beef, chicken or turkey. Just make sure you buy organic meat. Baking your burger won’t take away the flavor. Your burgers will be moist and delicious. Sprouted lentils are also easy to cook and will bring lots of health benefits. I love avocados so I always include them with my dishes as well.
