How to Make Lavender Lemonade To Help Relieve Headaches & Anxiety

Here’s the Lavender Lemonade recipe they make at the restaurant at the Young Living Farm – It is delicious- Enjoy!

Lavender Lemonade

  • 7 lemons, peeled and juiced
  • 2 limes, peeled and juiced
  • 1 drop lavender oil
  • 14 cups water
  • 1-1/2 cup Blue Agave

Mix all ingredients together and chill.

Add more water or Blue Agave, depending on the size and tartness of the fruit.

Be careful that you don’t add more than a drop of lavender oil so that it does not overpower your lemonade.

Alternative Sweeteners

I’m not a big fan of Agave Syrup. It’s basically just refined sugar (and not health food like the marketers would have you believe!

There are quite a few sweeteners that way better alternatives. They are low in calories, low in fructose and taste very sweet.

How to Make Lavender Oil:

Long loved for its delightful fragrance and beauty, lavender has also been used for medicinal, cleaning and household purposes. Essential oils are never cheap though, and making your own lavender oil is one option. While the lavender-infused oil suggested here won’t be as true to form as a properly distilled lavender oil, the homemade version will still carry a lovely scent and the properties of lavender will still be imparted into the oil.
